Clinical description:
In the muscular dystrophy form of vitamin E deficiency, skeletal, smooth, and cardiac muscles can all develop lesions resulting in clinical signs. Here a young duck is unable to stand and its legs are spread laterally. These signs are the result of muscular dystrophy of the leg muscles.
