Torticollis (head and neck)
Clinical description:
This chicken is exhibiting twisting of the head and neck, a neurologic sign called torticolliis. This sign is sometimes referred to as “stargazing”. Torticollis occurs when the virus affects the cerebellum and brain stem, producing multifocal glial nodules and necrosis.
