Dullness, prostration
Morphologic diagnosis:
Infraorbital sinus: Severe acute hemorrhagic sinusitis
Clinical description:
Bloody exudate in the infraorbital sinus
Pathologic description:
The infraorbital sinus has been opened and the overlying tissue has be reflected and held in place with a needle. Moderate amounts of blood is seen within the sinus cavity and staining the mucosal surfaces.
